This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use wedraftit.com or contact us, why we use it, and the rights you have. It is written to comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR and the UK Data Protection Act 2018.
1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What data we collect
We only collect what we need to answer you and deliver our services:
- Contact details: your name, email address and, if you write to us on WhatsApp, your phone number.
- Project information: your country, project type, optional budget range, your message, and any plans, sketches, photos or links you choose to send.
- Order and billing data: what you ordered, invoices and payment status (payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see your full card details).
- Technical data: our host records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and time of request) for security. If analytics are enabled, we use cookieless, privacy-friendly analytics that only produce aggregated statistics and do not identify you.
We do not ask for sensitive data (such as health or religious information). Please do not include it in your files.

We never sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted service providers (“processors”) who only act on our instructions:
- Web3Forms, which forwards messages sent through our contact form to our inbox.
- Our website host (Cloudflare Pages or Netlify), which serves the website.
- Our email provider and WhatsApp (Meta) when you choose to contact us that way. WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies to your use of WhatsApp.
- Our payment provider and accountant, for billing.
- Analytics (Plausible or Cloudflare Web Analytics), only if enabled, without cookies or personal identifiers.
5. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area or the UK (for example in the United States). When this happens, we rely on an adequacy decision (such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the UK extension) or on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and the UK authorities.
6. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to an order: up to 12 months after our last exchange.
- Project files and deliverables: up to 3 years after delivery, so we can answer follow-up questions, unless you ask us to delete them earlier.
- Invoices and accounting records: as long as the law requires (usually 6 to 10 years depending on the country).
7. Your rights
You can at any time ask us to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, or receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Write to [email protected]; we reply within one month.
You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority: in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk); in the EU, the authority of the country where you live or work.
8. Cookies
Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If you change the currency on English pages, your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage only, and is never sent to us. Because we set no non-essential cookies, no cookie banner is required.
9. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), limit access to your files to the people working on your project, and use reputable providers with strong security practices.
10. Changes
We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version.
